My story

From an early age, I learned to use my head. With a background in science and a passion for innovation, I worked on the transition to a sustainable society. And I got far with that approach. Until my body started speaking a different language.

Intense stomach pain brought me to a therapist who helped me connect with old grief - grief about a father who moved abroad and my parents' divorce. This was something I couldn't access with my head alone. I learned to listen to my body, and in that process a new world revealed itself: that of my subconscious and a deeper, inner knowing.

This journey of discovery into my inner world brought me to ITIP, where I completed the three-year training in Applied Integral Psychology. There I learned not only the profession of guiding people, but above all how to help others rediscover their own wisdom. Because often we already know deep down, we just need some help getting there.

This personal experience has shaped me as a coach. I know the challenge of going inward, and the liberation it brings. It taught me to connect sharp insight with warmth, professionalism with intuition. From my own practice, I guide others on their path, whilst I continue to develop myself as co-facilitator at ITIP and through the collective I founded, Vandegrond. This combination of practical experience and ongoing deepening enables me to help others find their own way - from the inside out.
